You deserve to feel valued — at work, at home, and within yourself.
Many of the individuals and parents I work with feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overwhelm, and self-sabotage. They often feel undervalued in their relationships or careers and find it difficult to make confident decisions or set healthy boundaries. If this sounds familiar, I want you to know that change is possible.
I help clients explore how personal and cultural factors shape their experiences and support them in identifying and overcoming barriers that may be holding them back. Using a multi-modal approach, I combine evidence-based therapies with practical tools to help you clarify your priorities, strengthen boundaries, and build healthier thought habits. In our work together, you’ll learn to communicate your needs effectively, develop strong self-care practices, and apply what you gain in therapy to everyday life — both at home and at work.
Areas of Focus:
- ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and family challenges
- Self-sabotage, self-esteem, and career development
- Relationship difficulties and job stress
Modalities I Use:
- Family Systems Therapy (FST)
- CBT
- DBT
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
- Mindfulness
More than just my work:
In my personal life, my brightest moments are spent with my husband and daughter, turning spontaneous moments into adventures — each one becoming an unplanned but cherished memory.
