    How soon will I hear back?
    We reply to messages and emails within one business day, Monday to Friday. If you would like to talk sooner, call us at (905) 553-9507 during office hours and a member of our team will help you right away.
    Is the first consultation really free?
    Yes. We offer a free 20-minute consultation by phone or video so you can ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit. There is no referral needed and no commitment to continue. Book a free consult here.
    Do I need a referral to book?
    No referral is required. You can reach out directly through this page, call us, or book online, and we will match you with a Registered Psychotherapist who fits what you are working through.
    Can I have my sessions online?
    Yes. We offer secure video sessions anywhere in Ontario, as well as in-person appointments in Woodbridge, Vaughan and Barrie. Many clients mix both. Clients often find online sessions just as helpful as meeting in person.
    Do you offer direct billing or take insurance?
    Sessions are not covered by OHIP, but most extended health benefit plans cover Registered Psychotherapist services, so it is worth checking your plan for a psychotherapy or RP allowance. We offer direct billing to Sun Life, SSQ and Green Shield, and reduced-fee spots are available.
    What are your office hours?
    All three offices are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with evening and weekend appointments available. On Sundays we are open for scheduled classes only, not individual sessions. Online sessions follow the same schedule across Ontario.
    What happens after I send the form?
    A member of our team reviews your message and replies within one business day to answer your questions and, if you would like, help you book a free consultation or match you with a therapist. Nothing is locked in until you are ready.
