Who can join the InnerSight team?
We welcome Registered Psychotherapists (RP), Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) RP(Q), and RP(Q) interns. We are looking for clinicians who are devoted to clinical quality, committed to effectiveness and ethics, curious and reflective, and aligned with a long-term vision of excellence.
Is this an employee or contractor role?
InnerSight works with therapists on an independent contractor model. You get clinical autonomy within ethical standards, no micromanagement, clear expectations and respectful boundaries. You are supported, not controlled.
Where are the InnerSight offices located?
We have three locations: Woodbridge, Vaughan (Maple) and Barrie. All offer large windows and natural light, calm and beautifully designed therapy rooms, a kitchenette and washrooms on site, and convenient parking for therapists and clients. There are also online therapy opportunities across Ontario.
What supervision and professional development do you offer?
We do not treat supervision as a checkbox. You receive monthly clinical supervision rooted in quality and effectiveness, ongoing professional development, and a learning culture where questions are welcome, supporting a path from intern to confident clinician to respected professional.
Do I have to handle my own admin and booking?
No. You focus on therapy and we handle the rest. We provide client booking and administrative support, professional systems and processes, and a smooth, ethical client experience, so you can reduce burnout from non-clinical tasks.
