Andrea is a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist who approaches therapy with empathy and a holistic perspective. She understands that admitting the need for help is a significant first step, and finding the right person to guide you through this journey can be even more challenging. With this in mind, Andrea works to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their unique experiences and addressing their concerns. She helps clients set achievable goals for therapy that enhance their lives and promote personal growth.

Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and has a diverse background in working with youth, young adults, and families. She has provided psychotherapy to individuals facing mental health concerns, academic struggles, and developmental and psychological disorders. Passionate about helping her clients become the best versions of themselves, Andrea utilizes a solution-focused approach to address mental health challenges and fosters an environment that encourages clients to build a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.

Her client focus includes youth aged 12 and older, young adults, families, and mothers. Andrea employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She addresses issues such as behavioral concerns, low self-esteem, disordered eating, family relationships, postpartum challenges, dual diagnosis, and life transitions.

Outside of her professional work, Andrea is a wife and mother of three. She values the balance between her career and family life, recognizing that this balance may look different from day to day. Embracing this reality has transformed her life, allowing her to approach both her personal and professional roles with grace and understanding.
