Elnaz Bayandor
Registered Psychotherapist – Play Therapist for Children
If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, behavioural challenges, or the aftermath of a traumatic experience, I’m here to help. With a warm, compassionate approach, I guide individuals, children, and families through their healing journeys, helping them rediscover hope, confidence, and clarity.
A Caring and Safe Space to Heal
I believe that every person, regardless of age or circumstance, deserves a safe and non-judgmental space to heal at their own pace. Whether working with children through play and art therapy or supporting adults and families with therapy, my goal is to create a nurturing environment where you feel truly heard and understood.
How I Help
I use a combination of evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). For children, I incorporate creative interventions like play and art therapy, which allow them to express themselves in ways that words sometimes cannot. This approach is tailored to each client’s needs, whether they are dealing with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, or family trauma.

Building Trust and Empowerment
My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship, where you feel supported every step of the way. I understand how difficult it can be to feel stuck, whether you’re facing emotional challenges, navigating life changes, or healing from trauma. My work is about empowering you to move forward with clarity and hope, knowing that healing is possible.
Experience You Can Trust
With over two years of experience in rehabilitation centers and child play therapy settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients dealing with a wide range of issues. From Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) recovery to supporting children with behavioural concerns, I have the tools and knowledge to guide you through some of life’s most difficult moments.
Areas of Focus
I specialize in working with children, families, and couples, particularly those dealing with anxiety, ADHD, ASD, depression, PTSD, and trauma. Whether it’s through individual play therapy with children or working with adults on personal growth and relationship healing, I’m here to offer the guidance and support needed for meaningful progress.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I’d be honoured to be a part of it. Together, we’ll create a path toward greater peace and emotional resilience.
