Petrina Rocca
Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying
Some clients may be reluctant to seek counselling, yet find themselves looking for encouragement, validation, and direction in order to move forward in learning to understand their emotions, beliefs, values, and how they define themselves.
I draw upon an individualized, cognitive, and strengths-focused method personalized to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. Through our collaborative experience together I offer resources and tools to help support the creation of your own path, establishing the right balance for you moving forward in strengthening your understanding of yourself.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space where clients feel inspired to grow and be challenged. I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship and encourage clients to lean into their discomfort in order to reach another level of reflective practice through their journey.
