With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Sabrina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. Over the past six years, she has worked as a crisis worker and case manager with the Canadian Mental Health Association Toronto, where she supported individuals facing serious mental health challenges, trauma, and societal oppression. Her background in mental health crisis intervention has given her a deep understanding of the nuanced struggles individuals encounter, allowing her to approach therapy with an intersectional and anti-oppressive lens.
Sabrina is passionate about helping clients build resilience, challenge negative self-beliefs, and develop coping strategies that promote long-term emotional well-being. Her strengths-based approach emphasizes self-compassion, empowerment, and personal growth. She believes in the importance of understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms, and works collaboratively with clients to foster healing and transformation in all areas of life.
Outside of her professional life, Sabrina enjoys the simple pleasures of spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved Havanese dog, Ollie. She finds joy and peace in nature, spending time gardening, practicing yoga, and engaging in outdoor recreational activities that keep her grounded and connected. Sabrina’s holistic approach to wellness, both personally and professionally, reflects her belief in the importance of balancing mind, body, and spirit in the pursuit of well-being.
