Sara is a committed Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently working towards her Master’s degree in Counselling Therapy at Yorkville University.

Her role involved clear communication and understanding patients’ needs, often addressing anxiety and uncertainty about recovery, even in a primarily physical health setting.
Sara has also volunteered for a crisis hotline, providing crucial emotional support to individuals facing emotional conflicts. This experience honed her skills in utilizing community resources and broadened her understanding of diverse mental health needs.
