Change can be overwhelming — even when it’s the right decision.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a financial analyst in the healthcare sector. While that career was meaningful, I found myself increasingly drawn to the emotional lives of the people around me. I became curious about how individuals cope with stress, disconnection, and transitions — and how they grow through those challenges.
That curiosity led me to become a certified life coach, and eventually transition into psychotherapy so I could support people more deeply. My own experience navigating major life changes has given me a deep respect for the strength and complexity of the human experience.
In therapy, I offer a grounded, steady presence alongside empathy and curiosity. I help individuals and couples move through emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, and life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and develop practical tools to help you reconnect with your values and create meaningful change — one step at a time.
Areas of Focus:
Life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Relationship challenges and communication issues
Anxiety, self-worth, and decision-making
Personal growth and career-related concerns
Modalities I Use:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Narrative Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Mindfulness and Strengths-Based Approaches
More than just my work:
I find meaning in everyday moments, whether it’s a quiet walk, a meaningful conversation, or the creativity of cooking. My own journey has taught me that healing doesn’t require perfection — just a willingness to be honest, present, and open to what’s next.
Choosing a therapist is an important step: it is easy to get lost in the sea of information about different therapeutic modalities and select which route will address your concerns most effectively. We take care of that for you. We will work with you in a positive way to address your needs.
