Begin where you are
Taking the first step to seek help can be difficult, and I understand how important it is to find a therapist you can trust. That’s why I work to create a warm, welcoming space where you can explore your experiences and concerns openly, at your own pace.
My goal is to help you set achievable therapy goals that support your personal growth and enhance your life in meaningful ways.
A holistic, empathetic approach
With a deep understanding of the challenges that come with navigating life’s transitions, I’m here to help you overcome the obstacles that may be holding you back. Whether you’re struggling with mental health issues, academic challenges, family dynamics, or personal growth, I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way.
I use a solution-focused approach that helps you identify practical solutions — while fostering a sense of empowerment and confidence in yourself.
I meet you where you are — and together, we work toward the life and future you deserve.
How I work
I believe in meeting you where you are. My therapeutic approach is tailored to your unique needs, and I draw on a combination of modalities to guide you through challenges and promote healing — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to understand and change negative thought patterns, Motivational Interviewing to harness your own motivation for change, Mindfulness to stay present and reduce stress, Solution-Focused Therapy for practical, immediate change, and Person-Centred Therapy to create a non-judgemental space for self-exploration.
Modalities I draw on
✓ Youth (ages 12+) and young adults
✓ Family dynamics and relationships
✓ Postpartum challenges and motherhood
✓ Low self-esteem and confidence
✓ Disordered eating and body image
✓ Academic struggles and life transitions
About Andrea
With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, I bring a diverse background in supporting clients with mental health concerns, academic struggles, and developmental disorders. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself — with a focus on building a fulfilling and purposeful life.
Outside of my practice, I’m a wife and mother of three. I value the balance between my career and family life, and I understand that this balance can look different each day. Embracing this reality has allowed me to approach both my professional and personal life with grace, understanding, and flexibility — values I bring to my work with clients.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward growth and healing, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey. Together, we can work toward building the life and future you deserve.
