I am an Art Therapist in training, dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where people can heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strengths and resilience. I believe that creativity can open doors to expression when words feel hard to find, especially in moments of crisis, in the early days of parenthood, or in the everyday challenges of raising and supporting children.
My heart is especially drawn to working with children, youth, and families. Children and teens don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling, and that’s where creativity can become such a powerful tool. Through art, play, and connection, I help young people express big emotions, build coping skills, and feel truly seen. I work with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergence, trauma, and crisis experiences through an attachment-focused and trauma-informed lens. I also support parents in strengthening connections and helping create more regulated, secure family relationships.
Prior to being a Psychotherapist, I was a Paramedic for one of the busiest services in North America. Due to this experience, I have a deep respect and understanding for First Responders and the weight they often carry. I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space to process trauma, chronic stress, and the invisible impact of high-intensity work.
In addition, I am also a mother of two young children and therefore, I also feel passionate about supporting postpartum mothers. The transition into parenthood can be tender, overwhelming, and isolating. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, or simply feeling emotionally stretched thin, you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach blends creativity with practical tools. I integrate:
This means our work together might include art-making, play, skill-building, emotion regulation tools, or reflective conversation — depending on what feels right for you or your child. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and strengths and always take a person-centred approach.
Above all, I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and human. My goal is to create a space where you and your family feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward healing at your own pace.
