Maleha believes healing happens through safe relationships. Therapy is not about pressure or perfection — it’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself in healthier, more grounded ways.

With over five years of clinical experience supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families, she focuses on helping clients build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, develop healthier boundaries, and feel more emotionally grounded.
