Begin where you are
You may look “fine” on the outside but internally feel emotionally exhausted, anxious or overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or others, stuck in the same painful patterns, or unsure how to move forward.
Many people spend years carrying emotional pain quietly — trying to function, cope, or hold everything together on their own. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re used to being the strong one. It’s a space where you don’t have to carry it alone.
The work we do together
At InnerSight, Maleha offers a supportive, collaborative, and emotionally safe space where clients can slow down, feel heard, and begin understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. Her approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, grounded in trust and emotional safety, and collaborative — therapy moves at your pace, focused on meaningful, lasting change.
Maleha believes healing happens through safe relationships. Therapy is not about pressure or perfection — it’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself in healthier, more grounded ways.
Therapy is not about becoming someone else. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been overwhelmed, silenced, or carrying too much for too long.
My approach
Maleha integrates a range of evidence-based modalities in a client-centred, attachment-based, and culturally sensitive way. With over five years of clinical experience supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families, she focuses on helping clients build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, develop healthier boundaries, and feel more emotionally grounded.
Modalities I draw on
✓ Relationship conflict and communication
✓ Self-esteem and boundary challenges
✓ Workplace stress and burnout
What you can expect
Together, therapy becomes a space to understand patterns instead of blaming yourself, process painful experiences safely, learn healthier ways to cope and connect, and move from survival mode toward a more fulfilling life.
Maleha’s goal is to help you feel more confident, more emotionally balanced, more connected in relationships, and more capable of navigating life’s challenges with clarity and self-trust. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting — you simply need a space where you can feel safe enough to begin.
Begin where you are. Book a free 20-minute consultation — available for adolescents, adults, couples, and families, in-person and online.
