Begin where you are
If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, behavioural challenges, or the aftermath of a traumatic experience, I’m here to help. With a warm, compassionate approach, I guide individuals, children, and families through their healing journeys — helping them rediscover hope, confidence, and clarity.
A caring and safe space to heal
I believe that every person — regardless of age or circumstance — deserves a safe, non-judgemental space to heal at their own pace. Whether working with children through play and art therapy, or supporting adults and families with talk therapy, my goal is to create a nurturing environment where you feel truly heard and understood.
Healing is possible. My work is to help you move forward with clarity, hope, and the trust that you don’t have to do this alone.
How I help
I draw on a combination of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). For children, I incorporate creative interventions like play and art therapy — which allow them to express themselves in ways that words sometimes cannot.
This approach is tailored to each client’s needs — whether they’re dealing with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, or family trauma.
Modalities I draw on
Experience you can trust
With over two years of experience in rehabilitation centres and child play therapy settings, I’ve supported clients dealing with a wide range of issues — from Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) recovery to children navigating behavioural concerns. I bring the tools and knowledge to guide you through some of life’s most difficult moments.
