Meet Hannah

Begin where you are

Face challenges with resilience and clarity

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges — relationship struggles, anxiety, or navigating significant life changes — I’m here to help.

With experience working across various settings — including crisis counselling, private practice, and community care — I’ve supported clients through some of life’s most difficult moments. My goal is to help you face challenges with resilience, clarity, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

My commitment is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships — leading to improved emotional regulation, stronger connections, and a more fulfilling life.

A compassionate, tailored approach

CBT and Mindfulness, built around you

I draw from both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to help you develop new skills that promote emotional well-being. CBT is effective in helping you identify and reframe negative thought patterns, while Mindfulness encourages you to stay present — reducing stress and promoting calm.

Together, these approaches help you develop emotional resilience, cope with stress, and navigate life with greater peace.
