Meet Sabrina

Begin where you are

Understanding you as a whole person — not just your struggles

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, I’m here to help. My approach is centred on understanding you as a whole person — not just your struggles.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, heal from past wounds, and build the resilience to live a fulfilling life.

A compassionate, personalized approach

Every healing journey is unique

That’s why I tailor my therapy to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re facing trauma, emotional dysregulation, ADHD struggles, or grief, I work with you to create a path forward that aligns with your individual experience.

My goal is to make you feel truly seen and supported — no matter where you’re starting from.

My approach

Inclusive, affirming, evidence-based

I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.

My approach is inclusive and affirming, with a special focus on 2SLGBTQIA+ care — ensuring that everyone feels respected and validated in their healing process.

EMDR: A path to deeper healing

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from difficult life experiences — including trauma — by using guided eye movements to reprocess distressing memories. EMDR can be a powerful tool for reducing the impact of past events and moving forward with greater peace.

Experience that speaks to you

Six years on the front lines of mental health and equity

With six years of experience as a crisis worker and case manager at the Canadian Mental Health Association Toronto, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through complex mental health challenges and societal oppression. This background has given me a deep understanding of the unique struggles people face — and shaped the intersectional, anti-oppressive lens I bring to every session.

Beyond therapy

Mind, body, spirit — and a Havanese named Ollie

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my Havanese dog, Ollie. I find peace in nature — gardening, practising yoga, and enjoying the outdoors.

My own focus on wellness — balancing mind, body, and spirit — shapes the way I approach therapy, ensuring that the healing process is holistic and deeply nourishing.
