With over eight years of experience in behavioural therapy, Keera has a deep understanding of the challenges adults and children face. Her professional background includes working as a Behavioural Therapist, where she implemented intensive behaviour interventions using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and as a Family Resource Worker at Macaulay Child Development Center, supporting families through practical strategies and personalized care plans.

How I Work

Keera is passionate about helping clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to navigate life’s challenges. She provides a safe, empathetic space where clients feel supported and heard. By tailoring interventions to each individual’s unique needs, she empowers her clients to gain clarity, build resilience, and take control of their circumstances. Her therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Cantered Therapy (PCT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Who I Work With

Keera works with individuals, couples, and families on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and time management. Her specialties include behavioural issues and parenting challenges. She also incorporates techniques from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and group therapy into her practice.

Keera Anton is a dedicated and compassionate resident therapist currently pursuing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tyndale University and began her academic journey in Early Childhood Education at Seneca College.
