InnerSight Psychotherapy Expands to Woodbridge
We are pleased to announce the grand opening of our newest clinic location in Woodbridge, Ontario. At InnerSight Psychotherapy, we believe that mental health care should be accessible, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices. With this expansion, we are making it easier for individuals, couples, families, and children to find the support they need.
Founded by Svetlana Antonyshyn, InnerSight has grown to include more than 25 highly trained therapists specializing in approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IMAGO therapy, Attachment-based approaches, and Polyvagal-informed therapy. Our guiding principle has always been “Believe in Better,” and this new clinic allows us to bring that vision to even more people in Vaughan and surrounding communities.
Why Woodbridge and Why Now
The demand for quality mental health care continues to grow. By opening a larger, modern space in Woodbridge, we are:
- Reducing wait times by adding more therapy rooms and welcoming additional practitioners
- Creating jobs for local therapists and administrative staff
- Investing in Vaughan’s future by making mental wellness a central part of community growth
