Begin where you are
But lately, it feels like you’re running on empty. Whether you’re supporting a child, coping with anxiety or trauma, or just trying to manage the emotional weight of daily life, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and build the support you need.
Who I work with
I work with children (6+), teens, and adults who are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally shut down. Many of my clients are caregivers, parents, or professionals trying to balance everything — while silently struggling inside.
Healing starts with being heard. I’ll meet you where you are — with care, patience, and honesty.
The work we do together
In our work, we slow down and explore what’s going on underneath. I draw from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help you process your emotions, regulate stress, and rebuild inner trust. My approach is grounded, warm, and centred around your strengths and values.
With a background in autism support, ABA, and child development, I bring particular sensitivity to how emotional patterns form, how families work, and how to build resilience across ages.
Modalities I draw on
✓ Family relationships and dynamics
✓ Rebuilding inner trust and self-connection
What you can expect
Together, we’ll create space for honest reflection, practical tools, and meaningful change — so you can feel more like yourself again. The goal isn’t to rush you anywhere; it’s to walk alongside you as you reconnect with what’s already there, and build the resilience to carry it well.
Take the first step toward feeling more like yourself again. I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
