I work with children (6+), teens, and adults who are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally shut down. Many of my clients are caregivers, parents, or professionals trying to balance everything — while silently struggling inside.

In our work, we slow down and explore what’s going on underneath. I draw from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help you process your emotions, regulate stress, and rebuild inner trust. My approach is grounded, warm, and centered around your strengths and values.

Together, we’ll create space for honest reflection, practical tools, and meaningful change — so you can feel more like yourself again.
