Meet Hanna
Sometimes the people we love the most are the ones we struggle with the most.
You may find yourself caught in the same arguments with your partner, questioning your parenting, feeling overwhelmed by motherhood, or carrying the emotional weight of trying to keep everyone else happy. Perhaps you’ve lost sight of yourself while caring for others, or you’re longing for relationships that feel calmer and closer.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to work it out alone.
I work with adults, couples, families, and mothers who want to better understand themselves and build healthier, more connected relationships. Whether it is anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting stress, family conflict, or a major life transition, therapy gives you room to slow down and see what’s happening beneath the surface before you start changing it.
My approach is compassionate, change oriented and collaborative. People grow when they feel emotionally safe enough to be honest and truly understood. Together we’ll look at the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and work on practical strategies to improve communication and strengthen emotional resilience, so you can build closer connections with yourself and the people you love.
I know firsthand that reaching out for support isn’t always easy. That’s why I work to make this a place where you can show up exactly as you are, with no pressure to have everything figured out first.
My approach
My work is individual to you and draws from evidence-based therapies, including: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Every therapy plan is built around your own experiences, relationships, and goals, because change starts with understanding what matters most to you.
My background
My path into psychotherapy has been shaped by professional training and by personal experience. Having felt the benefit of therapy myself, I know how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help, and how much it changes things to feel heard and supported. That’s what lets me meet each client with empathy and hope.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and I work with individuals, couples, and families as they face life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
A little about me
The strongest relationships are built through understanding, compassion, and a willingness to keep growing together. Outside of therapy I value spending time with my family and staying active, and I keep learning so I can provide thoughtful, effective care to the people I support.
Whether you’re working on your relationship, on the demands of motherhood, or simply looking for somewhere you can finally exhale, you will not have to hold it together in here.
