In our work together, I draw from both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to help you develop new skills that promote emotional well-being. CBT is effective in helping you identify and reframe negative thought patterns, while Mindfulness encourages you to stay present, reducing stress and promoting calm. These approaches work together to help you develop emotional resilience, cope with stress, and navigate life with greater peace.
