You’re trying to stay grounded, keep up with life, and be everything for everyone — but inside, you feel scattered, disconnected, or unsure where to start.
Whether you’re moving through a big life transition, dealing with self-doubt, or simply needing a space to be yourself, therapy can help you feel more steady, clear, and connected — even if you don’t feel “in crisis.”
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who feel stuck or uncertain about how to move forward. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self-worth, grief, or burnout. Often, they come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they want to feel more like themselves again.
In our work, we slow down and make space for your experiences — with curiosity, not pressure. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and reconnect with your values and inner clarity.
My goal is to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and emotionally present in your life and relationships. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll grow from there — together.

You don’t need to have all the answers to take the first step. You just need a place to begin — and someone to walk beside you.
