Meet Sara

Begin where you are

Your pain doesn’t have to be “big enough” to deserve care

You’ve been doing your best — but the anxiety, the tension, or the emotional weight just won’t let up.

Whether you’re a parent, young adult, or someone facing unresolved pain, therapy can help you shift out of survival mode and reconnect with your calm, clear centre.

Who I work with

For people who’ve been holding it in

I work with individuals, families, and children (6+) who are struggling with anxiety, parenting stress, trauma, or emotional overload. Many of my clients have waited to reach out — unsure if their pain is “big enough” — even as they carry it daily.

My approach is honest, relational, and centred on building trust — with yourself, your process, and your path forward.

The work we do together

A safe space for what you’ve been holding in

I create a safe, compassionate space where you can express what you’ve been holding in. Using CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices, we explore the patterns and stories shaping your present — and gently move toward healing, clarity, and emotional growth.

With a background in child development, education, and special needs support, I bring particular sensitivity to how families work, how children process the world, and how unresolved pain shows up across generations.

You don’t have to go through it alone. I’ll walk beside you as you reconnect with who you are and what matters most.
