Every individual is unique — therapy should be tailored to meet you exactly where you are, and to help you build change that feels authentic and sustainable.
My approach
I believe every individual is unique, and that therapy should be tailored to meet your specific needs. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop the tools needed for lasting change.
CBT helps you identify and challenge the thought patterns that contribute to your distress, empowering you to create healthier ways of thinking. EFT focuses on creating secure emotional bonds and addressing attachment issues, especially in relationships, so you can experience deeper connections. ACT encourages you to accept your thoughts and feelings — rather than struggling against them — fostering psychological flexibility and helping you move forward with confidence.

As a bilingual psychotherapist, I’m able to connect with a wide range of clients, offering a unique ability to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultural experiences. If English isn’t your first language, or if you simply feel more at home in Russian, you’re welcome to bring that with you into the room.
