Regina’s professional journey is driven by her passion for helping others. Her experience working in a psychotherapy clinic as part of an administrative team gave her valuable insights into the therapeutic process, inspiring her to take an active role in guiding clients toward growth and resilience.

Who I Work With

Using evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy, Regina helps individuals and adolescents navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges and self-confidence issues.

Regina Yakubov is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
